Welcome Micah to the LightBound Staff!

For those of you who make frequent visits to our office, you may have already noticed, but we are excited to officially introduce Micah Baker- the new LightBound receptionist at our 731 W. Henry Street facility. Here is more from the face of LightBound herself!

Hey! I'm Micah, the new Front Desk Receptionist at LightBound! I'm here to make sure our customers are as excited to be here as I am. 

I'm a people person and love working in customer service. I've always been organized and outgoing, which you will definitely be able to see when you come to our office. My job includes checking our customer in, filing papers, accepting packages, giving access to secure sections of the data center, and most importantly being all smiles when you walk in the door!

Starting my third week, I've enjoyed getting to know everyone and learning what LightBound is all about. I feel really confident that I am fitting in here so well and I look forward to remaining as the LightBound receptionist for a long time. So far I've had a great experience working for LightBound and I can't wait to continue learning here.
