Our customer, Right On Interactive (ROI), is an excellent example of how to consolidate infrastructure into one place, making LightBound a one-stop shop for all IT needs.

Who: Right On Interactive 

What: Right On Interactive is a marketing automation company that helps organizations win, keep and grow business. They do this through their lifecycle marketing automation solution that builds engagement throughout the lifecycle of every prospect and customer. Their mantra: Engagement drives relationships, relationships drive revenue.

Where: Indianapolis, Indiana

The Issue: Right On Interactive was utilizing phone and Internet services with LightBound, but the company’s servers were hosted by another provider. ROI wanted to consolidate all IT infrastructure services with one vendor to reduce the amount of extra work required to manage multiple services in different locations.

“Given LightBound’s solid market reputation, ability to support the largest and smallest of customers and its excellent customer service, it just made sense to move all IT services over to LightBound,” said Amol Dalvi, VP, Product and Technology.

The Resolution: Due to LightBound’s multiple service solution, ROI was able to fulfill all their IT requirements. The successful customer/client relationship that was already established from being a customer allowed ROI to work closely with LightBound’s sales and operations team to transition the virtual hosting platform without disruption in service.

“As an emerging tech company, even though we were not their largest prospect, LightBound wanted to do business with Right On Interactive,” stated Dalvi. “[During the transition] the operations staff always had a ready answer to any questions, and they were responsive and flexible.”

The Result: Having one vendor for all IT needs has saved ROI time and money. Pooling resources has diminished the burden of managing services at multiple locations, as well as lowered the overall costs by 10 percent to 20 percent annually. Additionally, LightBound now acts as the infrastructure backbone to ROI and takes care of all the network and server requirements, allowing them to continuously focus on building out a better product and serving their customers.
