LightBound is an Indiana VoIP service provider and is also a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) providing voice services to customer on premise PBX and Key systems over T1 and Ethernet circuits.  LightBound is one of the few companies in the Indianapolis area that can provide SIP voice transport which many of the newer VoIP PBX solutions in use. We can also provide PRI or Analog voice service as well using a voice gateway.   If you are using LightBound voice service we have the capability to take care of business continuity and disaster recovery for your voice service simply by calling our NOC in the event of an incident.   If service to your main location is out due to a power outage and your PBX is not functioning you can call the LightBound NOC and have them reroute your main number to an alternate source, such as a cell phone.  We can also set up a voicemail line and have your main numbers routed there.  Regardless you can make sure that customers are getting through to a phone or voicemail in the event of a business disruption.
