Our Career Track program celebrated its 30^th anniversary in May 2011. In that time, it has prepared more than 4,000 people to work successfully in any office environment.

We have two specialty tracks to serve individuals:

• Office skills focusing on the Microsoft Office Suite as well as a broad variety of generic business support functions,
• Logistics – training in distribution and warehousing careers.

Each specialty track includes an internship, job search assistance, case management, and at least one year of job retention assistance.

The goals of Training, Inc. include serving the end-user of our product, the business community. Over the years we have worked very closely with business professionals on continuous improvement of our program. Our business-based research indicates that well-equipped entry-level candidates will be one of the highest workforce needs over the next ten years, and Training, Inc. programs will help fill that need.

LightBound has launched a new website, www.lightbound.net.  Our new tag line: "Extremely, exceedingly, overwhelmingly customer focused" is really what sets us apart in the industry.    There new site features a section on Cloud Services, Virtualization Services, VoIP PBX Solutions, and Scale Computing SAN.   The site has been designed to be more streamlined and easier to navigate.   The main page also features a listing of our events, posts to our blog, and links to our Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube page.  You can even launch a video with a customer testimonial.   In the future you will be able to watch replays of our Lunch and Learns and Webinars.  If you have not been to one in while we have two focused on LightBound VoIP PBX Solutions and our voices services offered as one of the new Indiana VoIP service providers.  Please take a look and let me know what you think.

Scale Computing Revenue Grows By Six Times In 2010

Scale Computing, a leader in intelligent storage completes record financial year, expands internationally.

Scale Computing, a developer and manufacturer of intelligent, clustered storage solutions that are tailored to the needs of the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), today announced record results for the year ending December 31, 2010. For the full year, Scale Computing's revenue grew six times over 2009 with 79 percent of the company's products in the field sold during 2010. Scale Computing expanded internationally, opening a London office and introducing the company's products to Japan and the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Scale storage solutions have now been sold in nine countries. To support the demand for the company's product offering, Scale Computing plans to triple employee count over the next two years and triple the size of its Indianapolis headquarters.
