Last week I was lucky enough to be able to attend the 2012 ExactTarget Connections that took place here in Indianapolis. As a Connections first-timer, my mind was completely blown by the extensive agenda and extreme planning and preparation that went into such an event. Last Saturday some of the LightBound staff participated in the annual Down Syndrome Indiana Buddy Walk. The 2.6 mile walk took place at the Indianapolis downtown canal with a post-walk celebration on the Celebration Plaza, part of the White River State Park. As a sponsor, LightBound had several signs throughout the walk with Down Syndrome facts and pieces of information. As a staff, we also donated more than $1000 to the organization's Indiana chapter. LightBound’s Network Operations Center (NOC) has always been a key component to the development of our business. Its continuous work behind-the-scenes has allowed us to provide quality service to customers, as well as given us the ability to grow and advance within numerous aspects of the business. In other words, the NOC is part of LightBound’s core which allows us to permanently function as a successful IT service provider.

Last Thursday's VMUG Conference at the Indianapolis Convention Center was a great success with hundreds of attendees visiting sponsor booths and key-note speaker breakout sessions throughout the entire day.
